Dear Dr. Culik:

	We will try to help, and I have already told some visitors
that future collaboration with us will depend on a solution to
your problem, but I need to talk to other people to put the matter
into a concrete form.  Thanks for the comments on our paper, and
I will respond to them soon.  Under separate cover, I am sending
an early draft of a philosophical paper that may help make clear
the viewpoint on which the earlier paper is based.
